Erst mit 50 Jahren hat Nicole Schneider zum ersten Mal zum Pinsel gegriffen und seitdem nicht mehr losgelassen. Was als spätes Experiment begann, ist heute ein fester Bestandteil ihres Lebens.
Während des Studiums am Milan Art Institute hat Nicole Schneider eine innere Sicherheit entwickelt, um sich frei und authentisch auszudrücken. Ihre Werke leben vom mutigen Umgang mit Farbe und dem feinen Gespür für Kontraste. Ihre Kompositionen sind schlicht und doch fesselnd.
Besonders gerne arbeitet Nicole Schneider momentan mit Primär- und Sekundärfarben und kombiniert diese mit ihren komplementären Gegenübern, so entsteht eine angenehme Spannung und Lebendigkeit in ihren Bildern.
Nicole Schneider ist Künstlerin in Abstraktem Expressionismus
Ein Bild entsteht aus einer inneren Vision und entwickelt sich intuitiv während des Malens. Nicole Schneider experimentiert gerne mit verschiedenen Materialen. Sie nutzt im selben Bild oft unterschiedliche Kombinationen von Acryl, Collage – Elementen, Marker, Spray, Kohle und Ölfarbe.
Inspiration findet die Kunstmalerin in den Farben und Formen der Natur. Pflanzen und Blumen in ihrer unerschöpflichen Vielfalt faszinieren sie. Auch liebt sie die Weite von Landschaften und Gewässern, was sie gerne in ihren Bildern zum Ausdruck bringt.
Sie malt in ihrem Atelier in Kanton Freiburg, Schweiz und liebt es, neues auszuprobieren und sich weiterzuentwickeln. Dementsprechend heisst ihr Motto, dem sie ihr Leben lang treu geblieben ist,
«Bleib nie wie du bist, wachse und entwickle dich immer weiter”

Nicole Schneider picked up a paintbrush for the first time at the age of 50, and hasn’t let go since.
What began as a late experiment is now an integral part of her life.
During her studies at the Milan Art Institute, Nicole Schneider developed an inner confidence to express herself freely and authentically.
Her works thrive on a bold use of color and a fine sense of contrast. Her compositions are simple and yet captivating.
Nicole Schneider currently enjoys working with primary and secondary colors and combines them with their complementary counterparts, creating a pleasant tension and liveliness in her paintings.
Nicole Schneider is an artist in Abstract Expressionism.
A painting is created from an inner vision and develops intuitively while painting.
Nicole Schneider likes to experiment with different materials. She often uses combinations of acrylic, collage elements, marker, spray, charcoal and oil paint in the same painting.
Nicole Schneider finds inspiration in the colors and shapes of nature.
Plants and flowers in their inexhaustible variety fascinate her. She also loves the vastness of landscapes and bodies of water, which she likes to express in her paintings.
She paints in her studio in the Region of Fribourg, Switzerland, and loves to try out new things and develop herself further.
Accordingly, her motto, to which she has remained true all her life, is:
«never stay as you are, grow and evolve»

Allowing a painting to emerge from within me and giving space to the process of painting, awakens in me the joy of experimenting and creating.
Every painting that I create is a journey that leads me along undefined paths to my destination.
